 Airflows TA2 ranges of thermal anemometers are precision-made from high quality materials.
They give instant direct readings of air velocity and temperature on clear analogue scales.
The average temperature response time is 10 seconds. Models in three velocity ranges are
available, each calibrated in both metric and imperial units. The slim telescopic probe is ideal
for measuring at grilles and diffusers, in narrow air-ways and in ducted systems.
Velocity or temperature measurement is selected by a sliding switch.
Once the electronic zero is set the instrument is ready for use.
The probe head is held in the airstream and a reading taken.
On grilles and ducts it is good practice to traverse the effective area taking the average of a
number of readings.
Calibrated to an Internationally recognised standard the TA2s are supplied with a FREE TRACEABLE
CERTIFICATE OF CALIBRATION and a reply card is also included for purchasers to register with our
FREE annual calibration reminder service.
All AirflowTM instruments, including the TA2s are designed to help meet the stringent requirements
of the Control Of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) and Building Regulations in the UK.
For our UK customers the reminder card service ensures valid certification for COSHH, ISO9001
and Quality Assurance requirements.
