          TRANSMITTERS (HLK ÀÀ¿ë º¯¾Ð±â)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  Transmitters are measuring instruments for fixed installation with specific signal outputs;

     they are made for process applications and control. In climate control applications

     ROTRONIC HVAC transmitters are used to optimise energy use and create a comfortable

     environment. Key features are accuracy, long term stability, time/cost saving installation,

     and low cost maintenance; they will easily outperform the low cost products typically used

     in commercial BMS/HVAC systems.

 

  Typical applications include building management systems, office buildings, storage areas,

     clean rooms, hospitals, computer rooms, telecommunications centers. Rotronic industrial

     transmitters are robust high-quality products designed specifically for demanding

     commercial and industrial applications. They tolerate exposure to wide temperature

     variation, condensation and high levels of chemical pollution thanks to the unique

     properties of the Hygromer C94 humidity sensor, which ensures excellent long term

     stability in demanding applications.

 

 

 

 

 

  Commercial HVAC / Building automation / Energy Management Systems

    These are applications where temperature corresponds mostly to normal room conditions.

  The main emphasis is put on low cost, ease of installation and little or no

    maintenance

 

  Typical accuracy requirements are ± 2 to 3 %RH and ± 0.3 to 0.5°C

   (0.5 to 0.9ºF)

 

  For measurements inside ducts used to bring outside air into a building,

    we offer products that measure humidity at temperature conditions within

    -40...60°C(-40...140°F)

  Industrial HVAC / Clean rooms / Research laboratories
    These applications are similar to commercial HVAC applications with the following differences:

  The main emphasis is put both on the ability to maintain accurate

    performance and on the ability to validate the measurement loop so as to

    meet the requirements of regulatory agencies such as the FDA

 

  Some applications involve temperature within the range of -40...85°C

    (-40...185°F).

 

  Applications may require the measurement of dew point or another

    psychrometric parameter such as mixing ration , enthalpy, etc.

 

  The required accuracy is typically ± 1.5 %RH and ± 0.3 °C (0.5ºF), with the

     exception of clean rooms where ± 1 %RH and ± 0.2 °C (0.4ºF) may be

     required over a narrow range of conditions.

 

  We offer products that feature both analog output signals and a digital output

    that can be used for networking purposes (a validated software package is

    available)

  Industrial processes / Test laboratories
    These applications involve a wide range of conditions as well as rough environments.

  Our transmitters are designed to measure humidity at temperature

    conditions ranging from -50 to 150°C (-58...185°F) while maintaining a high

    accuracy.

 

  Depending on the model, the probe survives exposure to temperature up to

    200°C (392°F).

 

  Transmitters are available to measure dew point or another psychrometric

    parameter such as mixing ration , enthalpy, etc.

 

  We offer products that feature both analog output signals and a digital output

    that can be used for networking purposes (a validated software package is

    available)
